‘This is a great place for a fun filled family vacation.  The location offers a large pool and private beach.  The Villas are fully staffed with a house keeper, cook, gardener and care taker.  Within walking distance are the Flavours bar / restaurant and the breezes resort which is right next door to the property’.

Paradise Tropical Spice, features 2 of the most, home away from home beach front Villas in Runaway Bay. Each villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people.  The Villas feature an additional pull out sofa sleeper in each property if required. The Villas can be rented individually or together, Paradise Tropical Spice Villas are the perfect location for celebrations and large family reunions sleeping up to 14 guests.

Each Villa has a large sunny living room and dining area with great views of the Caribbean Sea, the property has a large 40 foot shared swimming pool.  Guests return time and time again for that tropical home away from home vibe and the delicious fresh Jamaican cuisine prepared by our cook. 

During your stay you will have continued access to our private beach and the attention of our full time housekeepers, who maintain the Villas and manage your laundry.  The property also boasts a Gardener, Pool Maintenance and a Bar man who tends to your drinks and beverage needs when on the patio or the beach.

The Villas each have 3 bedrooms, two Master Suites with cable TV. The living room couches also pull out to make further bedding. Each bedroom is air conditioned for comfort. The Villas are located next to Breezes hotel, so you may also enjoy their facilities by purchasing a day pass.

DESCRIPTION OF RUNAWAY BAY

Runaway Bay, the site where Columbus first landed in Jamaica, lies between the two resorts of Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. Runaway Bay is quieter and more relaxed than the neighbouring resorts and caters well for families and couples of all ages.

The stunning beaches are good for swimming and excellent for water-sports including wind surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. There are a range of activities and facilities available including golf courses, museums and a variety of restaurants and laid-back bars.

The area around Runaway Bay is a Mecca for music fans. The tiny village of Nine Mile celebrates Jamaica's most famous son, Bob Marley who was born and later buried in the village. Runaway Bay’s proximity to Ocho Rios means that duty-free shopping and Dunn’s River Falls are easily accessible.

Further inland set in forested green hills is the Goshen Wilderness Resort, popular for fishing and horse riding. There is also a nearby equestrian centre at Chukka Cove that features polo matches, horse-riding lessons, and trail rides through neighbouring plantations.

To the east in the town of Oracabessa, is Goldeneye, the former home of author Ian Flemming. Runaway Bay is in the heart of the north coast and an excellent base for those who are looking for a little more than a beach holiday.
