Paradise Burlington is a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa is based in Montego Bay the Villa is perfect for groups of four to six people seeking privacy, the perfect alternative to a stay in a local hotel or an all-inclusive resort. As a guest at our Villa you become our priority. You will be totally pampered in your home away from home luxury Jamaican experience. Each of our 3 bedroom features a private bath.

The two bedrooms on the second floor are uniquely connected by an inside balcony and an outside terrace. The downstairs bedroom opens onto the sun kissed pool deck. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with a cool natural breeze when doors and windows are open. The living room is two stories high separating the upstairs bedrooms. Another great feature of this Villa bringing the outside in, is our little garden under the spiral staircase.

Meals are prepared by your own cook. You can eat your meals in the dining room or on the 40 foot terrace overlooking the swimming sun kissed pool deck. The cook can assist you in shopping and will prepare all meals in either American or Jamaican cuisine. The Villa is located on 1 acre of land surrounded by many different tropical flowers and trees. We host a variety of different tropical fruits and you may be fortunate enough during your stay with us to sample home grown oranges, grapefruit, limes, bananas, plantain, papaya, coconut and a favorite of our previous guests are our, naseberrie's.

For your entertainment the Villa features Cable Television, a DVD player, radio and a CD player. The Villa also offers the most beautiful views from the porch of your bedroom that overlooks the sun kissed pool deck and the clear crystal waters of the amazing Caribbean sea and the golf course as the sun rises over the mountains.

You might hear a donkey on the road as the gardener from another Villa travels to work. You can relax drinking your morning coffee. There is no worrying about missing breakfast or trying to grab the perfect spot around the pool as during your stay you are the only priority.

Why would you stay at Paradise Burlington Villa instead of a hotel?

Well you will receive personal attention – As our valued guest you become our priority, you will be well looked after by our experienced staff team. Both Ivalyn, the cook (Additional $50 per week) and Clinton, the gardener have extended service at Paradise Burlington Villa for many years. Clinton the gardener, lives in separate quarters at the Villa. At the beginning of your trip you will discuss with Ivalyn when you usually like to eat, what types of food you like and how you would like it prepared.

Your room is cleaned and made up every day. Clinton cleans the pool and the patio furniture. He serves meals and supports the cook to maintain the kitchen. When there are five or more people staying at the Villa, we add an additional maid. Personal laundry will be done once or twice a week. Our staff are very experienced and provide excellent care and attention to the needs of our all guests. Previous guests have developed warm fond relationships with staff and quite often return time and time again.

Privacy:  You and your party will have the whole Villa to yourselves. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. You have the choice of AC, ceiling fans or natural cool breeze. The Villa is on 1 acre of land surrounded by tropical gardens and your private pool. The upstairs terrace is shared by two bedrooms and is perfect for secluded sunbathing. There are no que's to wait in, No reservations to make at the restaurant and No crowds, just total peace and tranquility in a stress-free environment.

Meals: You will probably find that you do not go out for dinner too much. Ivalyn's cooking is exceptional. Many of our guests let her do her thing. She prepares a wide variety of beef, chicken, pork and Vegetables, soups and fish dishes. You will have to save room for desserts like banana cream pie, key lime pie, fresh fruit salad or her flaming bananas.

Ivalyn will do the shopping for you, if you wish, most people enjoy going to the local open air fruit market in town and shopping in the local grocery store. Do not hesitate to try new foods you will see in the store. Fish, lobster and crab are purchased at the local fishing village. The Villa will be supplied with a basic two-day order of food delivered by a grocery store before you arrive.

Transportation

If you do not wish to rent a car, we will provide transportation to and from the airport. We can arrange to have a driver and a 8 seat air conditioned mini bus available for you, while you are at the villa. Weekly rates are available and include a trip to Ocho Rios or Negril. Consider the Villa setting.
